Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at 1st Step Solutions. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of mechanical systems on high-end residential developments in Knightsbridge, SW7.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation of mechanical systems, including plumbing and ducting.
  • Supervise a small team of plumbers and sub-contractors.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with client specifications.
  • Manage sub-contractors and ensure they have the necessary qualifications and certifications.
  • Hold a minimum of a CSCS or JIB Card, and SSSTS/ SMSTS.

Requirements:

  • Experience working on high-end residential developments.
  • Strong plumbing background and knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • Ability to manage a team and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Valid Site Card and proof of right to work in the UK.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive rate of £260 per hour.

  • A 3-month + contract with the possibility of extension.
