Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the design and testing of electronic and RF circuits within a collaborative team environment.
- Prepare and present comprehensive documentation of designs.
- Facilitate the transition of products from engineering to production phases.
- Generate production documentation and detailed technical reports.
- Uphold rigorous standards for product documentation and design logbooks, ensuring readiness for design evaluations.
- Participate in design project reviews and coordinate with various departments.
- Compile and communicate regular progress and technical reports, both verbally and in writing.
- Contribute to daily stand-up meetings to discuss project status.
- Effectively communicate with peers, management, and junior staff through presentations and discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Provide support for production processes and assist in troubleshooting.
- Train Test Technicians and Senior Technicians/Technicians.
- Plan, execute, and manage personal activities in alignment with management objectives.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
- Perform any additional reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product design, processes, yield, and performance metrics.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a Degree/MSc in relevant Engineering Disciplines such as Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Communication Systems Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
