Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Account Manager to join our team. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for executing and managing all sales-related tasks, including RFI, RFQ, and Task Force activities, towards our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing and managing all sales-related tasks, including RFI, RFQ, and Task Force activities, towards our customers.
  • Leading all pre-nomination RfI and RfQ activities on assigned target business.
  • Price and quotation negotiations.
  • Preparing internal KPI and sales forecasts.
  • Establishing, maintaining, and growing customer relationships and managing the network with critical stakeholders.
  • Communicating client needs and demands within the organization.
  • Contract management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in business administration or a similar field.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in the automotive business, which would be an advantage.
  • Business knowledge in German.
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A structured and independent way of working.
  • Self-organization.
  • Intercultural competence.
  • Negotiation skills.
