Care Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and supervising your shift to ensure the smooth delivery of care services
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to create and deliver effective care plans
- Administering and recording medication, as well as conducting risk assessments
- Working closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs and promote independence
- Collaborating with the leadership team to develop and improve our care services

- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent
- Well-organised, IT literate, and able to allocate and delegate work effectively
- Able to lead and supervise others
- Experienced in care planning processes and medication administration
