Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Bar Team Member to join our team at the Blagdon Arms. As a Bar Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing and serving high-quality food and drink, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage every guest, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prepare and serve our high-quality food and drink, making recommendations to elevate guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
