IFA Administrator Job Opportunity

NJR Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join a reputable firm of Independent Financial Advisers in Harrogate.

This role will provide direct administration support to a team of Financial Planners, who advise clients on Whole of the Market products. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing pre-meeting documentation, processing new business applications, and creating client valuations and illustrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing pre-meeting documentation for Financial Planners
  • Processing new business applications and client onboarding
  • Creating client valuations and illustrations
  • Liaising with product providers and third parties
  • File preparation and maintenance
  • Compliance and regulatory tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a firm of Financial Planners or a related industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance
