Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Physiotherapist to join our Performance Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy services to our women's team, including specialized assessment, treatment, and emergency care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to our women's team, including injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement prehab and rehab strategies to optimize player performance and prevent injuries.
  • Collaborate with our Director of Women's Football Operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the department.
  • Support the coordination of physiotherapy services and medical arrangements for our women's team.
  • Rotate into a travelling performance team to support our elite players through competitive fixtures.

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy
  • MSc (Hons) in a sports-related subject
  • Registered member of the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) with adequate indemnity insurance
  • FA Advanced Trauma Medical Management in Football (ATMMiF) or a recognized equivalent
  • 5 years of experience working within elite sport
  • Bronze, Silver, or Gold ACPSM physiotherapy
  • Appropriate knowledge of strength and conditioning principles
  • Have appropriate medical indemnity to treat/advise professional players
  • Satisfactory background check in respect to child protection
