Job Summary:
EdEx is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Academic Mentor to join our team. As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require additional academic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically.
- Support pupils in and out of lessons, providing guidance and encouragement to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Monitor and record interventions, setting targets to ensure students make progress.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide a comprehensive support system for students.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude, with a strong 'can do' approach.
- Inspiring, highly motivated, and confident graduates with a strong academic background.
- A 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University.
What We Offer:
- A competitive daily rate of £105 - £110.
- A long-term, full-time contract, working term-time only.
