About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our team at Anson McCade. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and operating scalable AI architectures that drive business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop architectural roadmaps that align with strategic goals and drive digital transformation
  • Guide technical review boards to ensure data privacy and security
  • Engage with clients to shape proposals and refine architectural designs
  • Lead diverse teams with an inclusive mindset and nurture talent through hands-on training and formal development
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in architecture with a strong grasp of AI/ML-related data science concepts
  • Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML workloads across platforms like Google PaLM, Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Sagemaker, Dataiku, Databricks, Snowflake, and DataRobot
  • Expertise designing scalable, cost-effective AI/ML solutions using serverless technologies, containers/Kubernetes, and GPU infrastructure
  • Practical experience with generative AI, large foundational models, LLM architectures (e.g., Transformers, GANs, VAEs), fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation
  • Proficient in Python, with experience using PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and MLOps for AI/ML lifecycle management
  • Skilled in developing and integrating APIs to serve ML models and create end-to-end enterprise solutions
  • Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead technical programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, present architectural designs, and contribute to RFI/RFP responses
Desirable Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields, along with professional certifications in AI/ML technologies and cloud platforms
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary: £80,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Annual bonus: 10%
