Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at One Hundred Shoreditch. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options, while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide attentive table service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have everything they need for an enjoyable experience.
• Engage with Guests: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar Area: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the Bar and Kitchen Teams: Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service and a seamless guest experience.
• Address Guest Issues: Address any guest issues or complaints swiftly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
