About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Approach customers with a positive attitude and provide helpful information on our products.
  • Serve customers at the till, processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Recommend and promote complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve store sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the shop floor is always clean and tidy, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong drive to exceed monthly performance targets and contribute to the success of the store.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to £11.94 per hour, plus non-contractual hourly sales commission. This is a part-time, permanent position, with a contracted hours per week.
