About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Hiring People. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and programming our machine shop equipment, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and program CNC machines, including Fanuc control systems, to produce complex parts and components.
  • Set up and operate machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to achieve precise tolerances and finishes.
  • Develop and implement efficient production methods, including offline programming and tooling setup, to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with production team members to resolve issues and improve workflow.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest machining technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in CNC machining, preferably with Fanuc control systems.
  • Strong understanding of machining principles, including tooling, materials, and production methods.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
