As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for supervising Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for hydrogen compressed air systems, leading and motivating a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring safety compliance, driving continuous improvements, and reporting performance data to the Engineering Director.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for hydrogen compressed air systems, ensuring all testing is conducted in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.
  2. Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering testing procedures, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  4. Ensure adherence to safety standards and risk assessments, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  5. Provide regular updates and performance data to the Engineering Director, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  6. Liaise with various engineering departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  1. Hold a degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  2. Have experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing or engineering projects, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Be an expert in hazardous areas, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  4. Possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  5. Have expertise in high-pressure gas systems and Lean principles, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

What We Offer
