Job Title: Analyst - Performance and Data Quality

Triumph Consultants Ltd is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support the delivery of the Supporting Families Programme (SFP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the data collection, analysis, and reporting requirements for SFP.
  • Lead the data work required to support the successful submission of payment by results (PBR) claims.
  • Collaborate with the SF data lead and other key staff to bring together key data sources to identify families meeting the SF criteria.
  • Work with corporate data colleagues to develop technical solutions to match large and complex datasets.
  • Lead on live tracking of family progress and completion of quarterly PBR returns to central government.
  • Ensure robust auditing arrangements are in place for PBR claims.
  • Support the wider use and analysis of data relating to the Supporting Families agenda.
  • Support the development and completion of regular performance reporting and analysis.
  • Liaise with teams across the Council and partner agencies to improve data quality.
  • Attend pan London SF data network meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Supporting Families Framework and payment by results methodology.
  • Strong working knowledge of information governance principles.
  • Applied understanding of using large and complex data sets.
  • Experience of presenting complex data to stakeholders.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages.
