Secure Systems Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hexegic. This role involves working on security-focused systems and leading the migration from our current architecture to a Red Hat OpenShift Platform setup. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with system engineering tasks while also being responsible for updating documentation and collaborating with other engineering departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain system High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD)
  • Lead and execute the Red Hat OpenShift Platform workload migration project
  • Participate in project workshops and contribute to project planning and execution
  • Oversee and manage system infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Ensure system security is maintained and continuously improved

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of Linux engineering and system administration
  • Experience with Rocky, CentOS, and Red Hat Linux distributions
  • Proven experience with the Red Hat OpenShift Platform
  • Proficiency with automation and configuration management tools such as Packer, Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet
  • Experience with VMWare vSphere
