Senior Employer's Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Employer's Agent to join our EA team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple new-build residential and mixed-use projects, including negotiation, client liaison, and relationship management.

About the Role:

  • Manage and prioritize your own workload to meet project deadlines
  • Negotiate with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work collaboratively with the EA team to deliver projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level and preferably MRICS qualified
  • Sound contractual and technical knowledge
  • Experience in a senior surveying role
  • Prior experience of residential construction
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
