Role Overview

In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, secure, and inviting atmosphere for staff, students, and visitors on campus. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional front-of-house service and assisting with daily security operations. You will collaborate closely with the campus services department, various colleges, and the estates team to ensure the university environment remains secure and well-managed. As the initial point of contact in all university buildings, you will extend a warm welcome to all, providing a customer-oriented service to a diverse audience.

Your typical work schedule will consist of four 12-hour shifts each week.
