About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ISS, a world-leading workplace and facility management company. As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting planned preventive maintenance according to established schedules to uphold engineering standards and maximize operational efficiency and reliability of plant and electrical systems.
- Ensuring compliance with engineering standards in compliance with Health and Safety at Work regulations.
- Coordinating initial actions for client requests and overseeing specialist subcontractors involved in electrical aspects of maintenance schedules.
- Responding to call-outs and emergencies related to electrical services as needed.
- Diagnosing electrical faults and repairing systems and controls related to heating and ventilation services.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- City & Guilds or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
- 17th Edition I.E.E. Registration or equivalent.
- Electrical Apprenticeship in building maintenance industry.
- Health and Safety Training.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Experience in maintenance duties including fault diagnosis and rectification.
- Experience in electrical aspects of building maintenance schedules.
- Proficient in electrical installation, testing, and inspection.
