Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

General Dynamics Land Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a critical role in providing legal support to our UK operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support to our UK operations, including commercial and employment law matters.
  • Manage a portfolio of employee-related matters, including employment law and commercial property/real estate.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and other departments to manage commercial disputes and litigation.
  • Support the GDLS compliance programs, particularly the Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption program.
  • Administer local GDUK Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Law degree and post-graduate legal degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and resolve legal issues and manage attendant risk.
  • Ability to travel on occasion (less than 5%).
