Job Summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a retail contract in South West London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high level of satisfaction with our clients.
  • Undertake basic fabric duties, including painting, decorating, and minor repairs to furniture and equipment.
  • Perform plumbing activities, such as clearing blockages, attending to burst pipes, and replacing components.
  • Assist with office moves, including furniture relocation and setup.
  • Liaise with the contract management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Investigate complaints and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
  • Provide technical support and backup as required.
  • Ensure all personnel and contractors working in hazardous areas take necessary safety precautions.
  • Use relevant tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out reactive and planned maintenance, minor improvements, and ensure jobs are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Multi-skilled with experience in plumbing, painting, and decorating.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Package Information
  • Basic salary of up to £32,000.
  • 1 in 10 call-out rota with a standby allowance of £105 per week.
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 17:00pm.
  • 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
  • Company van and fuel card provided.
  • Tablet and work phone provided.
  • Full company uniform.
