Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Software Technology Inc. as a Structured Cabling Network Engineer. This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires a strong background in data and telecommunications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, test, and inspect deployed communications systems
• Install, maintain, and support critical multisite networks
• Develop and implement network infrastructure solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data and telecommunications
• 5+ years of experience in installation, maintenance, and support of critical multisite networks
• Knowledge of wireline and wireless technologies, including fiber optics, T1, DS3, MPLS, cellular, CDMA, TDMA, VoIP, 5G, TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, IP Networks
• Working knowledge of networking tools, such as Fluke Versiv, netAlly AirCheck G3, netAlly nXG, iperf3, nmap, wireshark, traceroute
• Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Visio
• 1+ year of experience testing copper and fiber

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Fluke Versiv and other networking tools
• Experience with network infrastructure design and implementation
