Cybersecurity Engineer - Product Security Specialist

The product under evaluation operates without internet connectivity, making traditional cybersecurity penetration testing skills less applicable. The following competencies are essential for the engineer.
Required Expertise:
1. Proficient in:
- EtherCAT
- DDS
- QNX
- Penetration Testing

2. Familiarity with Security/Penetration Testing of:
- Operating Systems:
- Windows
- Protocols:
- DDS
- UDP
- EtherCAT (Ethernet Field Bus)
3. Strong understanding of Embedded Device Networking
4. Hardware Knowledge

5. Operating Systems:
- QNX
6. Processor:
- X86
- Xilinx (security)
- Secure Boot

7. As there are no documented security specifications, the individual must develop test scenarios based on available resources such as:
- Design Documents
- Threat Modeling and Assessment Documents

Qualifications/Certifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of overall experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 4 years of relevant engineering or security assessment experience
- Certifications from recognized bodies such as Offensive Security, Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), or other hands-on industry certifications are preferred.
