Salary: £38,550.00 per annum

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Trade Carpenter to join our dedicated in-house maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality service and support across our social housing properties.

As a Multi Trade Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of carpentry tasks, including internal and external door fitting, splice repairs, bathroom sub floors, bath panels and framework, kitchen repairs/refits, and other general maintenance repairs.

You will also be responsible for internal/external window repairs, including single and double glazing, repairs to doors, lock refits, and repairs. Additionally, you will perform other maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, tiling, painting, and patch plastering repairs.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery
  • Own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed)
