Job Opportunity: Energy Storage Manager

EVera Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Energy Storage Manager to join our team. As a world-renowned luxury automotive brand, we are committed to crafting iconic, high-performance vehicles that exceed our customers' expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the on-time delivery of key commodities in our High Voltage battery systems. This role requires strong collaboration with R&D departments to align strategies and resources, as well as the ability to acquire and evaluate competitor benchmark information to influence concept creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate system and supplier comparison studies to inform management decisions.
  • Define and own the strategy for system engineering of HV Batteries across platforms.
  • Identify industry trends for Battery Management Systems and assess their suitability for various applications.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related field.
  • Previous experience in Systems Engineering for HV Batteries, including design and validation from early research stages to production.
  • Knowledge of relevant vehicle legislation and certification requirements for automotive high voltage battery packs and associated HV systems.
  • Hands-on experience with LV and HV systems.
  • Previous experience in Battery Management Systems, including design and validation from early research stages to production.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
