- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports and metrics to senior management, highlighting project status, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Certifications: Prince 2, PMP certification or equivalent project management certification highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on UCaaS and Managed Services.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
