About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Evaluation Consultant to join our team at Ipsos. As a key member of our Policy and Evaluation Unit, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering evaluations of social policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Evaluations: Develop and implement evaluation plans, collect and analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Manage evaluation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and bid management.
  • Team Development: Support the growth and development of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Evaluation: Proven experience in designing and delivering evaluations in the social policy area.
  • Strong Academic Background: A strong academic background in social sciences, including geography, economics, or statistics.
  • Commercial Experience: Proven experience in managing evaluation projects in a commercial environment, with a strong understanding of client needs and expectations.
  • Business Development Skills: Experience in proposal writing, bid management, and business development.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on employee development and well-being.
