Property Manager

We are working with a reputable firm of chartered surveyors who provide property services to clients across the south coast. Due to an impressive pipeline of new instructions, they seek an additional Property Manager / Block Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a compact portfolio of blocks located in central Bournemouth, undertaking a range of duties from budgets to insurance, inspections to major works.
- Work part home (2 days) part office based, reporting to a central Bournemouth office and liaising with the in-house accounting and surveying departments.
- Undertake daily tasks including resident and contractor liaison, working as part of a wider team.
- Stable career background with 1-3 years block management experience, perhaps at assistant level.
- No training beyond a basic induction can be provided, so the successful candidate must be able to hit the ground running.
- Starting basic salary up to £40k.
- 5 weeks holiday (plus public) and parking paid.
- Commission on major works at approximately 10% of net fees.
