Paralegal Team Leader

This is an interim position for a Paralegal Team Leader to join a growing company with offices in Basingstoke.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee a small team of junior paralegals and ensure workloads are managed and prioritized.
- Provide weekly reports to the department manager and conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members.
- Handle escalated queries and questions, and assist with contract review during busy periods.
- Ensure team training is carried out and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders within sales and operations.
- A strong background and understanding of paralegal work, with experience of training and supervising other team members.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal departments.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in the office, with parking available on site.
This is an interim position for up to 6 months, requiring the candidate to be based on site with the team 5 days a week.
