Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Technician to join our team at CL Recruitment Group. This role requires a highly experienced professional to support production on shift and ensure production targets are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out product/tool changes, and production starts and stops in accordance with our production plan, ensuring that our production standards relating to output, cost, and quality are met.
  • Injection Moulding experience is essential, including tool changing, machine condition setting, process start-up, first-off approval, problem-solving, process optimization, and scrap reduction.
  • Ability to utilize Forklift Truck (FLT) and crane.
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also under your own initiative.
  • Knowledge of robots would be an advantage.
