Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of conveyancing solicitors, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the conveyancing department, including process improvements and staff development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, brokers, and lenders to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and regulations, ensuring that the team is aware of and compliant with all relevant requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of business growth initiatives, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services to clients.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising and managing a team of solicitors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
