About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Administrator to join our Holiday Home Revenue Team at Haven Holidays. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Holiday Home Revenue in delivering exceptional customer service to our letting owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistent and high-quality customer service to letting owners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Support the Head of Holiday Home Revenue in managing the lettings process, including availability requirements and grid management.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with letting owners, park experience teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and compliance checks.

Requirements
