Senior Electrical Project Leader – Data Centre Sector

Location: North Acton

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Travel + Benefits

Streamline Services Consultancy Limited is collaborating with a prominent Mechanical & Electrical contractor operating across Europe and London, specializing in sectors such as Commercial, Pharmaceutical, and Data Centres. We are seeking a Senior Electrical Project Leader to enhance our Data Centre division.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to join a well-respected M&E contractor, allowing you to engage in some of the most prestigious projects in London while fostering your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to a Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
  • Participate in on-site meetings.
  • Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Supervise technical submissions.
  • Engage with subcontractors effectively.
  • Ensure quality assurance for electrical packages.
  • Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and progress reports for subcontractors and clients.
Qualifications:
  • SMSTS/ECS Black Card is essential.
  • Experience with an M&E subcontractor is preferred.
  • Background in commercial projects, particularly Data Centres, is advantageous.
  • Prior experience as an Electrical Supervisor is required.
  • Stable employment history with a minimum of 3 years in the field.
  • Strong understanding of Data Centre or commercial project dynamics.
