Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Internal Audit team as an Enterprise Technology Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of controls and risk management processes within the Enterprise Technology department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in scoping and planning projects/audits with the Project Manager
  • Play a key role in audit execution by focusing on reviewing Technology processes, analyzing risks, and assessing the design and effectiveness of controls
  • Document assessments and testing, and communicate results to local and global management
  • Assess the firm's control culture and conduct risks
  • Monitor the implementation of control measures by management
  • Follow up on unresolved audit issues
  • Participate in department-wide initiatives to enhance Internal Audit's processes

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience as a technology auditor in areas such as IT application and general controls, application development, SQA, information security, or technology consulting
  • University degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of software development concepts and system architecture
  • Familiarity with databases, operating systems, and messaging systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications or industry accreditations
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms and operating systems
  • Database design and administration experience
  • Knowledge of web infrastructure technologies and security
  • Ability to review code and understand SDLC processes
  • Experience with email, messaging, and collaboration systems
  • Understanding of Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery
  • Experience with Data Analytics tools and techniques
