We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Grounds Person to join our team at Dartmoor View Holiday Park. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of property maintenance, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.
Key Responsibilities- Complete property maintenance jobs to the highest standards, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.
- Observe Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in the workplace.
- Be actively involved in the development of the Park.
- Empty, clean, refill hot tubs on changeover days while checking chemicals on a daily basis.
- Be proactive and seek out daily maintenance issues in lodges and rectify.
- Work within a team to maintain the park.
