Join Our Team as a Graduate Structural Engineer

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to become an integral member of a larger design team of 42 structural engineers working on a wide range of projects for a mixture of private and public clients throughout the UK.

Working for a recognised engineering consultancy as a Graduate Structural Engineer can open many doors and allow you to accelerate your career to help you achieve your professional goals and targets quickly.

You will benefit from continuous guidance and support from more experienced engineers as you grow and develop, working towards chartership and other industry recognised qualifications.

The consultancy has a proven track record of internal promotions, and they achieve this sustainable growth by providing industry beating training that consists of internal and external training programmes.

The role is based in Western Edinburgh; however, you will be able to work on a hybrid basis once you are comfortable working more autonomously.

Key Requirements
  • Degree in Civil/Structural engineering
  • 2+ years industry experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for Structural engineering
What We Offer
  • £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum
  • 32-day annual leave (Inclusive of bank holidays)
  • 5 hour week
  • 5% Company pension, cycle to work scheme and option to buy/sell holidays
