Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Commercial Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert maintenance and repair services to commercial clients in the London/M25 area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRV's, VAV's, and VRF's.
  • Service and maintain refrigeration equipment, including chillers and HVAC plant.
  • Conduct site visits to assess and diagnose issues with commercial air conditioning systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their maintenance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in commercial air conditioning maintenance.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
  • NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desirable)
  • Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
  • Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
  • Extensive experience working within commercial environments
  • Building services knowledge with ideally electrical qualifications but not essential.
  • Full Drivers Licence
