About the Role

As a Senior Statistical Programmer at ICON plc, you will play a key role in leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams on assigned projects. Your expertise in developing, maintaining, and validating standard data structures and software will be crucial in ensuring the success of our clinical development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and project manage multi-disciplinary teams on assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Develop, maintain, and validate standard data structures and software, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
  3. Monitor procedures for program development and validation, and assist in the training of statisticians/programmers to enhance data analysis skills.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or scientific discipline, with a Master's degree or PhD preferred.
  2. Recent experience in creating and validating analysis datasets (CDISC ADaM standard preferred), Tables, Listings, and Graphs.
