Accounts Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at Pearson Whiffin - Business Support. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accounting and administrative support to our clients
  • Process and file paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile customer and supplier accounts to ensure accuracy
  • Verify calculations to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Manage spreadsheets to track figures and ensure accuracy
  • Raise and post sales invoices and statements
  • Follow up on outstanding debts
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and computer literacy
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to get stuck into a hands-on role
