About the Role:

G2 Legal is seeking a highly skilled Construction Solicitor to join our team in a Projects role. As a Construction Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of non-contentious construction matters, including:

  • JCT Contracts: You will have experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising on JCT contracts, ensuring that our clients' interests are protected.
  • Joint Ventures: You will work closely with our clients to establish and manage joint ventures, including drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements.
  • Developments: You will advise on all aspects of development projects, including planning, procurement, and construction.
  • Forward Funding: You will have experience in advising on forward funding arrangements, including drafting and negotiating forward funding agreements.

About the Team:

You will be working closely with our experienced construction partners and other senior lawyers, providing you with the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: You will be a qualified solicitor with a strong understanding of construction law and practice.
