Conference Director

We are seeking an experienced Conference Manager to join our team at Saladplate. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our conferences and events.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the conference production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Develop and implement conference strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Lead a team of conference producers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful event delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote conferences and events.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of conferences and events.
- Monitor and evaluate conference performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Minimum 4+ years' experience in conference management or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering successful conferences and events.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of data analytics tools and ability to interpret data to inform conference strategy.
