About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Leader Science to join our team at Oasis Community Learning. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our science curriculum, ensuring that our students receive a world-class education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our science curriculum, ensuring that it is aligned with national standards and meets the needs of our students.
  • Collaborate with our teaching staff to design and deliver high-quality science lessons that engage and inspire our students.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our science curriculum, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Provide coaching and support to our teaching staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent science education.
  • Work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote excellence in education.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Curriculum Leader or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, students, and parents.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions about curriculum development and implementation.
