Medacs Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Assessor (Nurse Assessor) in Gateshead. As a Clinical Assessor, you will use your clinical knowledge and expertise to assess, discuss, and create detailed reports on how individuals' conditions impact daily living.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct face-to-face and telephone assessments to gather information about individuals' conditions and daily living activities.
- Use your clinical skills to discuss and create detailed reports on how individuals' conditions impact daily living.
- Develop and maintain strong report writing and communication skills to ensure high-quality reports are produced.
- Typing proficiency and IT system navigation skills are essential for this role.
- A commitment to integrity and delivering a high-quality service is required.
- Current and unrestricted NMC registration.
- Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) registration.
- NHS or private healthcare providers' experience is preferred.
