We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Data and Compliance Manager to lead initiatives to enhance apprenticeship data quality, integrity, and usability across our apprenticeship provision. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and manage ESFA and Ofsted data requirements, prioritize improvements, and establish automated data quality reporting systems to drive better decision-making and operational efficiency.
About YouYou will have significant operational experience in managing ESFA data returns in accordance with the funding rules, as well as demonstrable experience of improving compliance across the provision. You will possess excellent management skills, be comfortable working collaboratively with others, and be committed to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes to the ESFA funding rules.
About the DepartmentThe Degree Apprenticeship Office supports the Faculties and Schools in using apprenticeship data and information to drive improved performance and decision making. We aim to support apprenticeship planning activities and provide internal and external customers and employers with management information that is reliable and timely.
