Senior Finance Business Partner Operations Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at Premdor. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial expertise and support to our leadership team and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions, driving profitability and performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with operational managers to drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing financial expertise and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth.
Requirements
- At least five years of post-qualified experience in a relevant finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to extract and interpret key information from large data sets.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
