**Role Overview**

As an Employment Solicitor at CRA Legal, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of claimant and respondent files, from initial instruction to resolution. This will include employment tribunal claims, settlement agreements, and negotiations. You will provide clear, practical, and tailored legal advice on all aspects of employment law, including redundancy, dismissal, discrimination, employment contracts, grievances, and disciplinary issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Case Management: Handle a diverse range of employment law cases, from initial instruction to resolution.
* Legal Advice: Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters, including redundancy, dismissal, discrimination, and employment contracts.
* Tribunal Representation: Represent clients at employment tribunals, preparing and drafting tribunal documents, witness statements, and conducting advocacy where necessary.
* Drafting and Negotiation: Draft and review employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies, and procedures.
* Compliance: Ensure all work complies with the firm's quality and risk management policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and billing promptly.
