Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bus Driver Trainee. As a Bus Driver Trainee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Monitor and report any issues or incidents during the journey.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve driving skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
  • No more than 6 points on your licence.
  • Can pass a drug and alcohol test.
  • Great people and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts.
