Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a First Line Support / IT Assistant at Gregory Martin International. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our IT systems and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with our development team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our software applications and systems
