As a Storekeeper & Materials Management Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving and issuing goods, products, and equipment in a timely manner, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring the security of goods.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive and process goods, products, and equipment, ensuring accurate documentation and storage.
- Issue goods, products, and equipment to wards and departments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
- Plan and coordinate workload to meet deadlines, adjusting delivery and collection windows as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve purchasing-related customer inquiries.
- Operate computerized systems, using standard keyboard skills, to manage inventory, track orders, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and convey key messages to stakeholders and suppliers.
