Job Title: Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining smart meters in domestic properties, ensuring excellent customer service and timely completion of jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain smart meters in domestic properties
  • Respond to emergency and maintenance jobs
  • Complete safe installation and removal of smart meters (SMETS2)
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely completion of jobs

Requirements:
  • Hold current CCN1/CMA1 & MET1 qualification or an equivalent aligned qualification (within 6 months of expiry)
  • Have previous MOCOPA experience to multi rate level (3 phase is beneficial)
  • Ideally have been registered on the EUSR portal (not essential)
  • Hold a current full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Have previous practical experience in a dual fuel role – minimum of 6-month on-the-job experience
  • Be flexible to work varying shifts
  • Have experience of operating mobile IT hardware
