About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to join our Disease team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have experience in Litigation, preferably in Personal Injury, and be able to handle a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated Disease cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct forensic reviews and analysis of relevant documents
  • Analyze liability and quantum
  • Assist in drafting advice and court documents
  • Provide client liaison and site visits
  • Review files to assess litigation strategy and direction
Requirements
  • PQE experience in Litigation, preferably in Personal Injury
  • Excellent forensic skills and communication skills
  • Previous experience of sensitive and complex claims is preferable
  • Previous experience of time recording is preferable
